Each quarter Macherie will introduce an updated seasonal range for our wholesale french desserts, macarons and pastries.  Its just another way to keep our wholesale supply range fresh for your customers to indulge in.  The colder days have arrived and winter is upon us.  So we created new wholesale tart and macaron flavours, like our rhubarb and strawberry tart, inspired by traditional winter kiwi dishes.

Tart

Blueberry and Cherry Crumble Tart

Traditional crumble style base, with almond frangipane. An intense homemade blueberry and cherry jelly topped with cherry flavoured cream. Finished with freeze dried cherries.

Strawberry and Rhubarb Crumble Tart

Traditional crumble style base, with almond frangipane. A tangy rhubarb jelly topped with natural strawberry flavoured cream. Finished with freeze dried strawberries.

( jhe-yan doo yah) Chocolate, Hazelnut & Almond

One of the most popular flavours of French pastry in France. Finely grinded roasted French almonds and Hazelnuts mixed with the finest Belgian Chocolate.

Rhubarb

Kiwi favourite flavour meets iconic French pastry. Refreshing and light, made with natural rhubarb. Filled with a milk chocolate ganache makes this hard to resist.
