10 Year Anniversary Special – Gianduja Macaron

We wanted to do something extra special to mark our 10 Year Anniversary of Ma Cherie. We thought we’d take it back to where it all began – macarons. We asked our Head Chef and Co-Founder, Guillaume Nicoli to choose his dream macaron flavour and we thought we’d put it to our team to make it happen. We’re delighted to announce that are releasing a limited-edition macaron as a part of our Winter Seasonal Menu.
Guillaume choose Gianduja (jhe-yan doo yah) which we know it’s a little challenging to say, we’re also calling it our “Chocolate, Hazelnut and Almond Macaron”. It’s made of finely ground hazelnut and almond combined with high quality chocolate to give an indulgent taste. Gianduja macarons are a perfect balance of nutty and chocolate flavours. It’s a flavour that you’ll see widely used in bakeries across France, Belgium and Italy and now they are here for your customers through our wholesale French macaron supply. Francophiles, we know that you’ll recognise and love this Gianduja and we hope that you are excited that it’s now available in New Zealand from Ma Cherie.  We can supply wholesale bulk macarons including this new flavour as required.
Our Gianduja macaron of course follows our tried and tested recipe made with only the best ingredients following a traditional French method. A perfect little mouthful of heaven, as we like to describe them.

Our Gianduja wholesale french macarons are available to order in a blister pack of 8 from now until 30th September. We might even add it to our regular product list if it is loved.
